Overview

Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is one of Nigeria’s most pressing health threats, yet the private sector remains an underutilised force in the national response. This high-level workshop, led by Nigeria Health Watch in partnership with the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control & Prevention (NCDC), brings together leaders from government, healthcare, and industry to define and strengthen the private sector’s role in implementing Nigeria’s AMR National Action Plan 2.0. Featuring expert insights, social listening data, and interactive sessions, the workshop aims to foster collaboration and drive innovative solutions.
